What to expect?
This is an online, guided healing retreat led by Catholic therapist, Isaac Wicker, MS, LPC. The experience centers on a set of imaginative prayer exercises designed to facilitate the experience of healing, grace, and freedom. Each step will be explained ahead of time. You will never be required to do anything you are not comfortable with. Nor will you be expected to share any personal or traumatic details with others. The retreat is designed to facilitate a personal healing experience between you and Heaven. While there will be opportunities for sharing and community, you do not need to participate in these to have a full experience of the retreat.
